Hi Paloma,

The corrupted signal shouldn't be caused by the Accelerometer. I would
recommend taking a look at Section 3.2 of the Shimmer ECG User guide, which
highlights how to acquire a high quality ECG signal. I hope that helps.

Best regards,

Jong Chern

Subject: [Shimmer-users] ECG signal corrupted

Hello,

we are using an ECG sensor and the Shimmer Connect to visualize the acquired
data. If the sensor remains in a rest position we can see the ECG waveform
described in "ECG User Guide", but when we shake the sensor the depicted
signal gets corrupted, something like if the movement in the sensor will be
disturbing the ECG channels (it seems like the accelerometers signals are
coupling to the ECG). We have tried with several ECGs and we get the same
results.

Could someone please help me with this issue?

Thank you and best regards,

Paloma.
