Hi, I am trying to do a DCT on an ECG signal while using the AccelECG from tinyos 2.1.2 version.The ECG signal channels are located as uint16_t on the 14-15 and 16-17 bytes of the packet to be send.Can anyone tell me what i need to add to the AccelECG application code to make the DCT?Also , If the transformation is succesfull i should be viewing something different with the MSPSim Simulator.Specifically , how can i see the differences?Any kind of help would mean the world to me!
