We have been trying to see the signal of the PPG sensor in the GSR+ expansion board using Shimmer Connect, but we are not obtaining any signal. We have tried to put the sensor on the finger and on the ear, we have activated the Enable Internal Exp Power, and we have followed all the manual instructions. We've seen that the accelerometer signal is coupled on the PPG signal. Is there something we are not considering? Thanks Alfredo
