ProcessingOptions contains a number of pieces of per-request context, one of
which being ignoreCache, indicating to ignore caching behavior (eg. headers) in
making content fetches. The ability to ignore caching by URL param is highly
important to developers who quickly rev on their specs and need to see modified
results instantaneously.
