We should get coding standards / style in place sooner rather than later. I
can draft up an initial document based on what exists in the current code
(one for JS , one for Java, perhaps someone else can do the PHP) and send it
here by next weekend if nobody else is up to the task.

A wiki would be a huge benefit. Whatever happened with confluence?
