Not with the current code -- it assumes that your iframe's id / name is remote_iframe_<module id>. (see: http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/incubator/shindig/trunk/features/settitle/settitle.js?revision=627601&view=markup )
When the changes described in SHINDIG-22 and SHINDIG-44 are implemented you should be able to use whatever you want, but for now you have to follow this naming convention for the shindig ifpc-dependent features to work.
