(a) I personally doubt that 1/3 figure. I'd like to see that backed up. However, Shindig has been lax in submitting board reports. Principal responsibility for this lies with the mentors. I take responsibility for my omission here. I believe Brian has said the same elsewhere. Between us, we shall make a report gets to the board next month.
