To do so you should join the relevant Apache mailing list. Unfortunately, I can't remember the address. I'd suggest asking on [EMAIL PROTECTED] - somone there will know!
On that GSOC list you'll be able to add your projects as official Apache ones, and function as a mentor for the ASF.
