Samples in javascript/container don't work

The samples in the javascript/container directory do not work as described in
the README.txt. the problem appears to be a restructuring of the directory
structures.
I'm not sure how to make this work from the filesystem as described in the
README, however, I've managed to get sample 1 working when the gadget server is
running. I'll get the others working like this and upload a patch as soon as
I'm done.
