Hey Tommie, thanks for letting us know! You are correct, you do not have access to commit the change to svn, however it should hopefully be easy for you to make a patch. With a patch we can then validate your change and commit it easily. Our website, http://incubator.apache.org/shindig/, has the full details on how to do this. (click on the "contribute" tab, it is the first section)
