BasicGadgetSigner for Shindig

So I¹m hard at work on signed requests.  Here¹s what I¹ve come up with so
far.

Ideally one could add in a GadgetToken implementation that supplied the
ownerid/viewerid/appid.

I¹d appreciate feedback on this implementation.
