ps i've made a little test case for some of shindig's functionalities
which shows the current status of the port in a semi visual fashion:

As you can see a lot of basic functionality is working as it should
be, once I'm a bit more satisfied with the shape the code is in (and
improve it's performance a bit more, though it is now already twice as
fast as the original committed version and getting much closer to the
java shindig performance), i'll get to work to make some basic social
structures so i can get that compliance test green across the board.

This patch fixes a few minor bugs, plus makes it work with the
trunk's features and container javascript again (workings of which
