I have infrastructure permissions (which I think includes the site), but I'd prefer that Upayavira does it if he can. I will probably try tomorrow or Sunday if he cannot. Definitely not today, not really ready for any work that requires concentration. I'd rather apply myself the NOTICE patch, as the commit I did is broken and I have half of the changes here. Also dealing with LICENSE.
