Attached test case (enhanced version of sampl2.html) - run this on any other
server other than localhost:8080 - I have successfully tested FF 3.0b on
Windows XP and it works perfectly. Tried on FF 2.0.0.12 on both Windows XP and
Ubuntu gutsy and the dynamic height does not work.
