Cannot Run PHP Gadget Server

Hi Guys
I cant run PHP gadget server, I wasted 3 days on it but still I cant run the
server. I am using xmpplite apache-php software. And as per README file of PHP
part of shindig I have every thing it require. And I copied whole gadget folder
of php part and put it into htdocs(root) folder and set the web_prefix as " ",
and also put features,javascript and config folders in to gadget folder as
well. And set the feature_path and other two paths as "/features/" , "/config/"
,and "javascript" respectively.
And in the index.php file I think it is not going to the loop of if(servlet)
and in that it is not showing any class.
So what changes should I make to run my php gadget server. So please do reply
for my query.
