The attached patch fixes a couple of issues with Caja integration.
* update container.js to take into account changes to domita.js
* fix bug in cgi param parsing -- param name not decoded properly
* fix bug in JsonContainer.newFetchPeopleRequest -- opt_params was required not
optional.
