Updated patch with Java implementation of ContentType.FEED handling in
ProxyHandler, using the ROME library.
This version updates the patch against the latest trunk, fixes a couple
trailing space issues, and resolves previously commented code style issues.
This replaces the "fix-SHINDIG-60-bug_rome.patch" file.
