Hi Vincent,
Luckily Zend didn't follow the trend of many other companies by
inventing their own license for their zend framework, as such there is
no 'Zend License' and zend framework uses the 'new bsd' license, see http://framework.zend.com/license
and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BSD_licenses for more info.
Unless I'm miss-informed, the BSD licenses, including the new bsd
license, are ASL compliant. (bsd licenses are extremely unrestrictive
in nature so it would be hard not to be)
