Chris, please Validate the patch first, i think its ok:
- Preload feature added with authz param (parsed and appended).
- Moved the default options array to an object to be java consistent with their
respectives changes in all classes using it.
- Moved the extractAndValidaToken method to the GadgetContext (no more in
ProxyHandler).
- Cleaning of breaking lines and spaces.
- Added a substitution to be implemented in the future.
- Fix in OAuth.php, decodeForm method, now validating that values are not empty.
Later i'll add the corresponding TC's
