They haven't been implemented thus far but we would love any contributions! I think someone got started on requestSendMessage for php but I'm not sure how far that got with regards to hooking up to a service interface, backend or what not. We also don't have any ui flows for them. Containers are allowed to pop up a ui flow to allow the user to choose who they want to send a message to or to preview the messages etc. It is all optional but it would be cool to get something going in Shindig.
