Hardcoded domain in SigningFetcher?

Chris,

i think we have a bug in SigningFetcher, it seems that the domain contained
in the authToken, is hardcoded in line 191 with the line:

$msgParams[OAuth::$OAUTH_CONSUMER_KEY] = 'partuza.chabotc.com'; //$domain;

Can you check this?
