XRDS

To complete that part of the circle i've also added XRDS support to  
Partuza, and to be able to try it out i created a quick and dirty XRDS  
fetcher tool:

Nothing fancy and it doesn't validate or anything, but it does allow  
you to quickly see the XRDS document that's returned.
