This is probably an Orkut specific question so you should use this site: http://code.google.com/p/opensocial-resources/ to help you find the most appropriate forum.
For the OpenSocial apis in general we do allow you to fetch old activities through the js, and in the restful apis we allow you to delete/edit them if the container allows it. (The delete/edit stuff isn't exposed in the js apis atm). All of this may or may not be supported in Orkut or any other container though - that is up to them.
