There's a disconnect between java and PHP here, the java security token forces the module ID to be an int. The gadget id can be a string.
Intended usage: - gadget ID: an opaque identifier for the gadget, i.e. 123456 - gadget URL: a useful identifier for the gadget, preferred over the gadget ID. - module ID: used to distinguish between different instances of the same gadget installed by the same user. Is the disconnect at the semantic level, or just between whether we have 32 bit or 64 bit values?
