There is a note somewhere on the Apache web site (yours is not the
first signature of that kind that popped up on Apache mailing lists),
that basically says "by subscribing to an Apache mailing list you
agree that your mail is essentially public and Apache neither can nor
will remove mails from archives or public distribution lists". There
is a reason why many people use their GMail/Yahoo/other mail accounts
to participate on these lists and not their company mail addresses.

In a nutshell: Check with your lawyers whether you can actually use
your company mail address here. Because that disclaimer is not
enforceable here.
