After taking this update, my OpenSocial apps (including the
SocialHelloWorld.xml sample) stopped working because

  <Require feature="opensocial-0.7"></Require>

is not actually ending up including the core opensocial.* features.

Should we be changing our feature requirement or is there some missing
link in the feature dependency chain?
