Thanks,
A huge weight of guilt is lifted from my shoulders.
I was slow in applying the patches and they fixed my bugs, it was the
least I could do to review and apply.

These are all applied except 782 which has some raw UTF-8 chars in
the
code.

We have some patches which have been submitted before the xmas
break, and
I'm glad to see Kevin's email and hopefully these can be resolved
soon.
For anyone interested, the following list has all the issues that
I've
submitted a patch against but are still waiting to be reviewed:
- https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHINDIG-726
- https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHINDIG-782
- https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHINDIG-785 (waiting to
hear back
from Ian before I update the patch to work against HEAD)

Hi everyone,
I'm going through open JIRA tickets and I see that there are a
bunch of
issues that include patches that have not been looked at, or
which have
become out of date since the last feedback. We've gotten behind
on some
really useful feedback, and we should get back on top of it.
When someone
takes the time to not only report an issue but actually send us
a patch
it
merits more attention.
Could I ask that:
- Committers take a look at open tickets that include patches
and give
feedback or apply them as appropriate.
- Anyone who has filed an open ticket with a patch please check
to see
that
it still applies against HEAD and is still relevant.
I'm looking at some of the more recent patches (which apply
cleanly and
are
fresh on the minds of those who wrote them) now.
Thanks!
~Kevin
