Plans for Shindig to come out of the iGoogle sandbox?

Just out of curiosity, what's the plan of record for Shindig (gadgets.*
and opensocial.*) availability on iGoogle outside of the developer
sandbox?

 

Is it waiting for 1.0, or is there some other gate after that?
