I'm kind of swamped right now with other stuff right now, but I'll try to free up some time in the next month or so to update it.. In the meantime there's definitely some other examples out there worth checking out. I was just reading up about zing for example.. http://code.google.com/p/zing/ It actually uses some technology that I was quite familiar with back in a former life..
