Hi all, We are happy to announce the release of OpenSocial container "mixi". mixi is the most famous SNS in Japan. Our container had already been released last December, but developers who was able to use it had been limited. Today, we have opened the container for the individual developers.
We've implemented the container based on Java implementation of Shindig, of course. Supported specs are: - Person & Friends API - Persistence API - Activities API (Create only) - home / profile / canvas views Currently, OpenSocial JavaScript API has been supported only in mixi, but we will support RESTful protocol (called "mixi connect") which it is authenticated and authorized by OAuth. Also, we are thinking of trying to implement other APIs more. The service of mixi is for Japanese, therefore, We are sorry that all UI and docs is written only in Japanese.
