Graduation ?

I notice on gene...@incubator there is a thread starting on criteria  
for graduation, initially stated as

- when the community has performed at least one Apache release
- when the community has cleaned the code from all license issues
- when the community is diverse and open
The "diverse and open" is in the process of being defined in more  
detail.

My question:

Is Shindig ready for graduation ?
