Is InvalidateService being used in php shindig?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if the InvalidateService is already implemented in the php
code.
I searched for it in the code, but couldn't find anything.
The DefaultInvalidateService is helpful, but is it being used anywhere else
in the code?
