I'm not sure that war generation is all that useful other than as a demo
feature.  Virtually every interesting Shindig implementation will need
some sort of code customization and html/js/other-web-integration, and
it would seem to me to have an export feature for Shindig's various jars
would be a lot more useful than a war file.

Currently, I generate the war file, unpack it, take out a bunch of stuff
I don't need, integrate the rest, and copy the library jars over.  Then
I check it in to my SVN.  Not exactly the most efficient way to
integrate...
