The 1.1 BETA5 release is imminent. I was going to have a vote on BETA4, however I discovered that I modified the incorrect NOTICE file, thus the need for a new build. That's all cleaned up so we should be able to complete the Apache release process with the current trunk.
I went through the list of open issues and tried to close as many as I could, even a couple PHP ones. Let me know if there are any that I've missed. If I hear no objections I'll generate the build tonight. Thanks! Paul
