I tried both the version you re-attached here, and the version you mailed me,
and in both cases i run into the same error as described above.
When applying the patch i get this error:
patching file php/external/PHPUnit/Util/Report/Node.php
patching file php/external/PHPUnit/Util/Report/Template/butter.png
patch: **** malformed patch at line 31521: \ No newline at end of file
Probably that's the reason for the missing files? Could you try to re-create
that (shindig-PHPUnit) patch ?
