Ok,
Removed the commented block, down graded some of the errors and tried
to sync with the style guide on the wiki.
Also removed the PMD plugin becuause findbugs appears to be doing a
better job. There is a sample site at http://people.apache.org/~ieb/
shindig drill down to see the reports.
