This patch adds support for specifying a comma delimited set of id's in RESTful
URLs to fetch groups of objects. This implements the solution described in my
post to the spec group.
This implementation makes some changes to the spi's so implementors beware. PHP
folks please take a look too. I will likely submit this patch tomorrow if there
are no serious objections...
