Attachment: mutable-gadget-updated-rewrite-api.patch
New patch attached (mutable-gadget...). Includes gadget mutability/parse tree
management changes plus changing of ContentRewriter API from
rewriteGadgetView(...) to rewrite(Gadget).
The patch builds cleanly, and represents completion of this sub-task. In order
to keep things incremental, the content rewriters don't yet take advantage of
the new API, instead simply adapting to the new rewriter interface.
