This bug is now obsolete. The restfulcontainer.js file has been replaced by
jsonrpccontainer.js. The json rpc container does correctly handle multiple ids.
The java code is already using the json rpc code and the php code will move
shortly. Once php is no longer using restfulcontainer it will be deleted.
