I have been doing some work to add sample implementations of the SPI and some
of the API's. This JIRA is to track that work. It should result in at least a
DB implementation of the Social SPI, and Cache implementations of the Cache
API. It might make sense to extract the EhCache implementation from
/java/common to reduce dependencies, since its not used.
