Add ?url= paramater to sample container for gadget XML

It would be quite convenient if the sample container allowed an optional
parameter to specify the URL for a gadget XML file to render.
Instead of:
http://www.shindig-demo.org/samplecontainer/samplecontainer.html
It would be something like:
http://www.shindig-demo.org/samplecontainer/samplecontainer.html?url=http://foo.com/gadget.xml
