v param improvement on JsonRpcRequest

PHP Shindig includes parameter "v" in response for JsonRpcRequest.
In Java Version, it is a hash of Gadget xml while PHP Version is a hash of
inlined feature JS concatenation.
To align spec to Java Version, "v" needs to be a hash of Gadget xml, so that
user of JsonRpcRequest can track Gadget XML version.
