I think it's really important that we get the format of the FEED request type 
standardized. The link Paul mentioned are developer docs (and google-specific 
ones at that), not the standard.

There has been an implicit assumption of standardization based on the lineage 
of the spec, but today the developer docs are the only thing a gadget author 
can go by. The spec itself doesn't explain it at all.

So, my vote is for fixing the spec on the matter.
