Hi Chris,
according to 0.8.1 updated since filter will be based on *updated* field of the
contact. (see http://portablecontacts.net/draft-spec.html#anchor12) But in PHP
Shindig Person model *updated * field is missing. So ideally this issue can not
be set to resolved :-) However I am attaching the patch to keep this issue in
resolved status ;-)
