This patch includes a unit test that tests the ActivityServiceDb implementation.
NOTE: This patch relies on the patch fix-782-725581-PersonServiceDbTest.patch,
because it also uses the SpiDatabaseBootstrap and SpiTestUtil classes which are
contained in the latter patch.
