The packaging of certain files makes it particularly difficult to launch a
working Shindig implementation inside an IDE for debugging and testing. This
issue is to track re-packaging of certain files so that their in-svn structure
better matches their in-deployment structure. This will have some impact on PHP
so Ill co-ordinate with Chris on locations.
