Here's the bug in surefire 2.4.3 which is preventing us from getting
EndToEndTest to pass behind a proxy -

IMHO we should revert to 2.4.2 until SUREFIRE-121 issue is resolved, unless
there's something else that is important that has been fixed for 2.4.3

I don't think there is anything there which would affect shindig.
