Breaks away Data Pipelining from the opensocial-templates feature. This patch
creates an "opensocial-data" feature that doesn't depend on
"opensocial-templates". Common XML parsing functionality has been extracted into
a feature called "xmlutil".
The patch adds unit tests for "opensocial-data" into the Maven build stack via
EndToEndTest.
This does not include opensocial-templates yet - this feature will be cleaned up
next and sent as a separate patch soon.
