First stage of implementation is available for review at:

There's a number of missing features:
- Support of inter-dependencies among pipeline elements
- Don't delete elements that can't be successfully processed on the server
- Don't load the full opensocial-data feature (just the DataContext code) if
parsing fully succeeds
- Error reporting
