gadgets.util.registerOnLoadHandler does not work in cajoled gadgets

Registering a callback using gadgets.util.registerOnLoadHandler() results in an
error when a disfunction (an object with call, bind and apply methods) is
attempted to be called as a regular function. None of the callbacks get run
and the gadget is aborted.
